Night-time habits to prevent, treat thyroid disorders

Various health issues can occur if the thyroid gland is underactive or hyperactive. 

Here are some night-time habits to manage thyroid issues. 

Eat chia seeds (soaked)

Consume coconut pieces at night

Eat 4-5 soaked cashews before sleeping.

Eat roasted pumpkin seeds before sleeping.
