Ways to unlock benefits of green tea

There are uncountable benefits of green tea. However, many people do not know how to consume it the right way. 

1. Do not have green tea on an empty stomach: While green tea helps with weight loss, consuming it on an empty stomach might lead to acidity. 

2. Too much is not advisable: One or two cups of green tea per day is recommended. However, too much of the same might cause digestive issues, sleeplessness, etc. 

3. Avoid before going to bed: Consuming green tea before hitting the bed is not advisable as it might disturb the sleep. 

4. Do not add tea leaves to boiling water: Adding tea leaves to boiling water will eliminate the healthy components. 

5. Tea bags recommended for single use: It is advised to use tea bags for a single use or you might not be able to fetch the benefits.
