Broccoli and cauliflower: These cruciferous vegetables have high purine levels that can boost uric acid levels.

Mushrooms: Mushrooms contain enormous purines.

Beetroot: Beetroots can raise uric acid levels in the blood. 

Turnips: Turnips raise the oxalate level and uric acid in the body.

Ladyfinger: Okra or ladyfinger increases levels of uric acid.
