Vegetables that must be avoided in summer

Onions and Garlic: They can also fuel heat in the body, which may not be good during summer. 

Spinach and Kale: High in oxalic acid, they can interfere with calcium absorption in hot weather.

Bell Peppers: They can be difficult to digest for few people, especially in hot weather. 

Cabbage and Brussels Sprouts: Cruciferous vegetables are nutritious but can cause bloating and indigestion in summer. 

Root Vegetables: Root vegetables can be heavy and heat-producing when consumed in summer. 

Hot Peppers: Peppers like jalapenos can increase body heat in summer.

Mushrooms: They can also be slightly heat-producing vegetable in summer.
