Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are vital for good health including heart and brain health. 

Here are some vegetarian foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids:

1. Chia seeds: Chia seeds are one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acid.

2. Flaxseeds: Flaxseeds are another rich source of ALA. 

3. Hemp seeds: Hemp seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, including ALA. 

4. Walnuts: Walnuts offer immense amount of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. 

5. Brussels sprouts: Brussels sprouts are a cruciferous vegetable that contains omega-3 fatty acids. 

6. Algal Oil: Algal oil is a marine-based vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids.

7. Edamame: Edamame is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids
