Weight loss diet of Alia Bhatt

Alia focuses on a balanced diet with many meals a day. 

Breakfast: Alia starts her day with a hot cup of herbal tea or coffee without sugar, accompanied by a bowl of vegetable poha or an egg white sandwich.

Mid-morning snack: To boost her energy Alia eats a bowl of fruit, mostly papaya, or one idli with a bowl of sambar.

Lunch: Alia enjoys a nutritious lunch consisting of 1 roti without ghee, lots of vegetables, 1 cup of daal, and curd. Alternatively, Alia includes vegetable quinoa with chicken.

Evening snack: She takes a break with a cup of sugar-free tea or coffee and one idli with a bowl of sambar.

Dinner: For dinner, Alia opts for 1 roti without ghee, a bowl of vegetables, 1 cup of daal, and occasionally a grilled chicken breast.

Alia's diet includes protein-rich foods, healthy fats, veggies, fruits, and fresh fruit juices.

Apart from her healthy diet, Alia also hits the gym and does yoga to keep herself fit. Remember, both diet and exercise play a vital role in attaining good results.
