What are the types of cheese?

Mozzarella cheese: These are stretchy cheese that can be made of milk from cow, buffalo, sheep or goat.

Feta cheese: It is a Greek cheese made from sheep or goat milk. It tastes tangy, salty and mildly sour.

Cottage cheese: It is also known as paneer which is a fresh curd cheese. It is widely used in Indian cuisine.

Ricotta cheese: These are made from whey protein. It is used in Italian desserts.

Blue cheese: It is made by mixing edible moulds. It tastes creamy and salty.

Cream cheese: It is a soft, mild-tasting fresh cheese made with milk and cream.

Gouda: It is originated in the Netherlands. It is made of cow's milk cheese.

Gorgonzola: It originated in Northern Italy. This cheese is made with cow's milk and has a buttery texture.

Brie: It is originated in the French region and it is pale in colour with a slight greyish tinge.
