Yoga moves to enhance hair health

Here are some yoga poses that may help

Forward folds increase blood flow to the scalp, promoting circulation and relaxation.

Uttanasana

Downward dog improves circulation to the scalp and stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings.

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Headstand increases blood flow to the scalp and can stimulate hair follicles. Practice this pose against a wall 

Sirsasana

Shoulder stand also improves blood circulation to the scalp and may promote hair health. Lie on your back, lift your legs and hips up toward the ceiling, and support your lower back with your hands.

Sarvangasana

Camel pose opens the chest and throat, improving circulation to the head and scalp. Kneel with knees hip-width apart, tuck your toes under, and lift your chest as you reach your hands back

Ustrasana

Fish pose stretches the neck and throat, stimulating the thyroid gland and improving circulation to the head. Lie on your back, place your hands palms-down under your hips, and lift your chest toward the ceiling 

Matsyasana

Child's pose promotes relaxation and reduces stress, which can indirectly benefit hair health. Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and fold forward, resting your forehead on the mat and extending your arms 

Balasana
