Here are asanas that prevent chronic lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension.

Plow Pose:This pose improves blood circulation and prevents diabetes and hypertension.

Half Fish Pose: This pose soothes your back, legs, and shoulders, and prevents lifestyle diseases.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose): The asana stimulates the abdominal organs, promotes digestion and prevents blood sugar spikes.

Cobra Pose: It strengthens the back muscles and prevents high BP and blood sugar.
