Here are 7 yoga poses to reduce belly fat after pregnancy

Start on your hands and knees, arch your back up like a cat, then drop your belly down and lift your head for cow pose.

Cat-Cow Stretch

Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips towards the ceiling, creating a bridge shape with your body.

Bridge Pose

Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, lift your legs and  off the ground, balancing on your sit bones. 

Boat Pose

Start in a push-up position, with your wrists under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

Plank Pose

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you, then fold forward from the hips, reaching towards your feet.

Seated Forward Bend

Lie on your stomach, place your hands under your shoulders, and lift your chest off the ground while keeping your pelvis grounded.

Cobra Pose

Lie on your back, hug your knees to your chest, and gently rock from side to side.
