Zinc-rich foods to boost hair growth in summer

Spinach: Spinach contains zinc and other vital minerals such as iron, vitamins A and C, and folate, which boosts hair growth.

Nuts: Nuts are rich in zinc and healthy fats, which boost hair cell growth.

Chickpeas: They are high in zinc and manganese, which causes hair growth. 

Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds are ideal for hair growth as they are high in zinc, antioxidants, and vitamin E.

Eggs: Eggs contain protein, zinc and biotin, which stimulates hair follicles and prevents hair loss. 

Lentils: Packed with folic acid, lentils are ideal plant-based source of zinc and protein.
