Cricket fans across the world are excited for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 which is set to commence from June 2, 2024. The ICC event will be hosted by the USA and West Indies and 20 teams will participate in the tournament.
Ahead of the highly anticipated event, here’s the list of Indian legends who have never won a T20 World Cup title in their career.
Virat Kohli
India’s star player Virat Kohli who won the 2011 ODI World Cup is yet to win a T20 World Cup title. He participated in the 2012, 2014, 2016, 2021 and 2022 edition. Kohli also captained Team India in the 2021 edition.
Fomer Indian batter Suresh raina who scored the first T20I century for India has never experienced the success of winning a T20 World Cup title. He was a part of the Indian squad in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 T20 World Cups.

India’s star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has also never won a T20 World Cup trophy. He was a part of the Indian side in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2021, and 2022 editions.
Ravindra Jadeja
Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been consistent star performer for the Indian team across formats. However, he has never registered a T20 World Cup triumph in his career. He participated in the 2009, 2010, 2014, 2016, and 2021 editions.
Mohammed Shami
Indian star bowler Mohammed Shami has been an impactful player for India in T20 World Cups. Shami has also never won a T20 World Cup title in his career. He was a part of India’s T20 World Cup squads in 2014, 2016, 2021 and 2022.
