Shikhar Dhawan made history by becoming the first Indian cricketer to score a century in his 100th ODI match. 

Shikhar Dhawan also made history by becoming the first Indian cricketer to score a century before lunch on Day 1 of a Test match (vs AUS). 

He holds the record for the fastest century in Test cricket by a debutant, achieved against Australia (85 balls). 

Dhawan is the only cricketer in the world to have won two consecutive Golden Bats at the ICC Champions Trophy (2013 & 2017). 

Dhawan holds the record for being the fastest Indian batsman to reach 1,000 (joint), 2,000, and 3,000 runs in the 50-over format.

Shikhar won the ICC Champions Trophy with India in 2013 and was also named the Man of the Tournament in that edition.

Shikhar Dhawan is the first player in IPL history to score back-to-back centuries.

Dhawan is the second-highest run-scorer in IPL history, just behind Virat Kohli. He has scored an impressive 6769 runs in the IPL so far.
