The Indian men's cricket team received a warm welcome when they returned home after winning the T20 World Cup in Barbados.

The world champions were welcomed by hundreds of fans at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah among others made their way to the ITC Maurya upon arrival in Delhi.

Special arrangements were made to provide players with a one-of-a-kind experience. This included handcrafted in-room amenities, personalized photographs, and edible chocolate cricket bats and balls.

A stunning 3-tier truffle cake was designed to honor the team’s world cup win.

In each player's room, there were custom snack jars filled with delicious treats like naan khatai, cinnamon sugar palmiers, sundried tomato, and amaranth pinwheels.

The snack jar also included some chocolate truffle rolls and pistachios.

ITC Maurya also included seasonal fruits such as jamun, mango, and cherries in their buffet spread.

Skipper Rohit Sharma was treated to a custom breakfast at ITC Maurya, which included Mumbai's popular snack, Vada Pav.

Virat Kohli's favorite food, chole bhature, was a hit and was added to the menu.
