India’s squad for the T20I series against Australia has been announced and Suryakumar Yadav will lead the team.

Most of the players from India’s World Cup squad will miss out on the series. As a result, it has opened the door for new players who have showcased their immense talent in the IPL. While the boys will be looking forward to the thrilling series starting from 23 November, here’s the list of impactful players who have been snubbed from India's T20I squad.

Sanju Samson

The captain of Rajasthan Royals franchise in IPL was yet again omitted from the India squad for the T20I series against Australia. His snub from the squad also upset fans on Twitter as prior to World Cup 2023, the star wicket-keeper was omitted in the ODI series against Australia as well.

Yuzvendra Chahal

Post Asia Cup 2023 and World Cup 2023 snubs, the star googly bowler who has played 80 T20I was again not selected in the Indian squad for the upcoming series vs Australia.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Kumar has been a strong bowling influence for India and has taken 90 T20I wickets. However, he was still not picked up for the upcoming T20I clashes against Australia.

Umran Malik

Fastest bowler of India, Umran Malik who is known for his incredible performances in IPL will also miss the T20I series against Australia.

Riyan Parag

Parag who was making headlines for his stupendous performance in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy as the lead run-scorer with 510 runs was snubbed from the IND vs Aus T20I series.
