There were several instances in Indian history where Hindu kings or regional powers achieved victories over the Mughal Empire.

There were several Hindu kings who fought against the Mughals in different periods of Indian history.

Rana Sanga: Rana Sanga, ruler of Mewar, led a Hindu-Rajput coalition against Babur's Mughals in the Battle of Khanwa (1527).

Rani Durgavati of Gondwana: Rani Durgavati, a brave queen of Gondwana (present-day central India), fought against the Mughals led by Emperor Akbar.

Maharana Pratap: Maharana Pratap, son of Rana Udai Singh, fought against Mughal rule under Emperor Akbar. Through guerrilla warfare, he safeguarded his kingdom's independence, rejecting Mughal authority.

Maharaja Suraj Mal of Bharatpur: Maharaja Suraj Mal, the ruler of Bharatpur, was known for his resistance against the Mughals.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Maratha warrior king, established the independent Maratha Empire in western India through campaigns and guerrilla warfare against the Mughals. His strategies laid the foundation for Maratha success.

Hemu: Hemu, a Hindu king from Rewari, Haryana, rose to power as Delhi's Prime Minister under Emperor Akbar. He led successful battles against the Mughals, briefly ruling northern India before being defeated at Panipat.

It's important to note that while these Hindu kings achieved victories or successful resistance against the Mughals in specific battles, the Mughal Empire remained a powerful and dominant force in India for a significant period of time.
