10 ISRO scientists who lead India's journey into space

Dr. Vikram Sarabhai - Known as the father of the Indian space program, he founded ISRO in 1969 and laid the foundation for India’s space exploration efforts.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam - A key figure in India’s missile development, he played a crucial role in the launch of the SLV-3, India’s first satellite launch vehicle.

Dr. K. Radhakrishnan - Under his leadership, ISRO successfully launched the Mars Orbiter Mission (Mangalyaan), making India the first Asian country to reach Mars.

Dr. Satish Dhawan - He led ISRO during its formative years and was instrumental in establishing India's space infrastructure and satellite launch capabilities.

Dr. U.R. Rao - He significantly contributed to India’s satellite program and was responsible for launching more than 20 satellites, including the INSAT series.

Dr. K. Sivan - Known as the "Rocket Man" of India, he was the driving force behind the Chandrayaan-2 mission and other significant advancements in space technology.
