Kepler-22b: The first verified planet located in the habitable zone of a sun-like star, approximately 620 light-years away from Earth.

TRAPPIST-1 System: Located about 40 light-years away, this system hosts seven Earth-sized planets, with three positioned in the habitable zone.

Kepler-186f: This exoplanet is the first Earth-sized planet discovered in the habitable zone of another star, located about 500 light-years away.

HD 189773b: This exoplanet is famous for its extreme weather, where it rains molten glass sideways due to violent winds reaching speeds of over 5,400 mph.

HR 5183b: Known for its highly eccentric orbit, this planet exhibits one of the most unusual paths observed around its star.

WASP-12b is a planet in a perilous orbit, slowly spiraling toward its host star. This "puffed-up" gas giant is known for its extreme temperatures and rapid atmospheric expansion due to the intense heat from its proximity to the star.

TOI 849 b is a stripped-down planet that offers a glimpse into the harsh conditions that could lead to the loss of an atmosphere. Located about 730 light-years away, this exoplanet is made up mainly of a dense core, with most of its atmosphere having been blown away by intense stellar radiation.

HD 209458 b, also called "Osiris," is one of the first exoplanets discovered to transit its star, providing valuable insights into exoplanet atmospheres. Located approximately 159 light-years away, this gas giant is known for its dramatic atmospheric loss.
