Blue Poison Dart Frog: This brightly coloured frog secretes toxins through its skin. The toxins can be lethal if ingested or enter the bloodstream.

Pufferfish: Some species of pufferfish contain a potent neurotoxin called tetrodotoxin in their organs. 

Platypus: The male platypus has venomous spurs on its hind legs. While not lethal to humans, the venom can cause excruciating pain and swelling.
