Do you constantly feel tired and sluggish? There are animals that are more sluggish and sleepy than you.

Sloths: are distinguished by their leisurely, slow movements and extended sleep periods, which can reach 15 hours per day on average.

Koalas: are renowned for their 22-hour sleep cycles. Sleeping helps them store energy because their diet of eucalyptus leaves makes them feel low on energy.

Armadillos: Primarily nocturnal animals, armadillos sleep during the day and awaken to greater activity at night. They are thought to sleep for 16 hours a day on average.

Brown bats: are nocturnal creatures that spend the majority of the day asleep. For example, brown bats have a daily sleep duration of approximately 20 hours.

Pythons: are a well-known species of snakes that hibernate for extended periods of time. Their daily sleep duration is limited to 18 hours, particularly after a large meal.

Opossums: are marsupials that sleep for roughly eighteen hours every day. Nighttime is generally busier for them.
