The saltwater crocodile has the strongest recorded bite force, exerting pressures of over 3,700 pounds per square inch (psi).

Grizzly bears have a bite force of around 1,200 psi, allowing them to easily crush bones and tear through tough hides.

Nile crocodiles possess incredibly powerful jaws, with bite forces exceeding 5,000 psi.

African Lions are formidable predators with a bite force of around 650 psi, enabling them to take down large prey like buffalo and giraffes.

Hippos possess a powerful bite force of around 1,800 psi, making them one of Africa's most dangerous animals.

Despite their relatively smaller size, hyenas have a bite force of about 1,100 psi, enabling them to consume bones and carcasses efficiently.

American Alligators have a bite force of around 2,980 psi, making them formidable predators in their habitats.
