Brother: Mohammed Muthu Meera Lebbai Maraikayar, Kalam's elder brother, who played a significant role in his upbringing and education.

Teacher Sivasubramania Iyer: Kalam had a math and science teacher named Sivasubramania Iyer, who recognized his potential and inspired him to pursue a career in the field of aerospace and engineering.
