Planets other than Saturn that have rings

Apurwa Amit

The solar system comprises 8 planets, approximately 170 natural planetary satellites (moons), and countless asteroids, meteorites, and comets.

The eight planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Mercury is closest to the Sun. Neptune is the farthest.

Other than Saturn, the planets that have rings are:

Jupiter: This planet has a faint ring system composed mainly of dust particles and small rocks. Its rings are less prominent than those of Saturn.

Uranus: It has a complex ring system with 13 known rings. These rings are dark and composed of larger particles, including ice and rock.

Neptune: It also has a faint ring system, consisting of several rings that are mostly made up of ice particles and dust.

These planets have rings, but they are not as spectacular or well-known as Saturn's rings.
