Petra was voted as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in the 2000s for its unique architecture and the many mysteries that still surround the city.

A team of archeology researchers has found a secret tomb in the ancient city of Petra in Jordan.

The researchers said this may be the largest discovery of human remains within any single site in Petra.

Unlike many other tombs in Petra, which are often found looted or disturbed, this chamber contained intact human remains.

The newly discovered tomb is believed to be over 2,000 years old and was filled with ancient artifacts and at least 12 human skeletons.

The structure, famously featured in Hollywood film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, was built by the ancient Nabateans, a semi-nomadic Arab people who lived in the desert.

Experts say that this place has many more secrets than previously estimated . Archeologist say that there are many more hidden chambers inside this repository.
