BAGHDAD: At least 15 Iraqis were killed and over 20 wounded on Thursday in a series of blasts in and around the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
In southern Baghdad, at least two Iraqis were killed and 10 wounded in a car bomb blast in Bayaa district, the 'Voices of Iraq' news agency reported, citing an Iraqi police source.
At least three Iraqis were killed and 10 others injured when a car bomb exploded near a gas station in the Amel district of southwestern Baghdad, the agency said.
At least 10 Iraqis were killed and an unconfirmed number wounded in a car bomb blast near a mosque in Mahmudiya, some 30 km from Baghdad, witnesses said.
