A Brooklyn redhead has revealed that she has been getting unwanted attention just because she resembles Russian spy Anna Chapman.

Liza Marie Johnston, 30, said it started on Facebook when pals noted her remarkable resemblance to Chapman, and then complete strangers began to notice it to.

"Hey, you look like that spy," the New York Daily News quoted her as recalling some of them telling her.

"They look at me, they look at the picture [of Chapman] and say, 'Oh my God!'" she revealed.

A grad student who waits tables at the Hillstone restaurant in the Citicorp Building, Johnston said even her regular customers are doing double takes.

"One I've known for years told me as a joke, 'I have to have to ask you three personal questions to make sure you are who you are'," she said.

Johnston a music education student at NYU said all the attention has been "kind of awesome".

"I mean, I don't want to be a Russian spy, but who doesn't want to be a secret agent?" she added.
