LONDON: French First Lady Carla Bruni's new music album, in which she sings of her love for her hubby Nicolas Sarkozy and of her previous "thirty lovers", can now be heard online for free.
According to record label Naive, all 14 tracks of the 42-minute album 'Comme si de rien n'tait' which means 'As if nothing happened' can be heard on 'www.carlabruni.com' until July 21 -- but the listening time is limited to two hours, 'The Daily Telegraph' reported.
The music album contains blatant references to exotic destinations, particularly in Egypt, which Bruni and Sarkozy visited last year during their lightning romance before their marriage this February.
"See the pyramids along the Nile... Just remember darling, all the while, you belong to me," she croons, clearly referring to Egypt which was the couple's first foreign trip last December, where they were photographed smooching and strolling hand in hand by the edge of the desert sands.
"See the market place in old Algiers... Just remember till your dream appears, You belong to me," the lyrics go on, referring to the President's trip to the African nation when he left his fiancee alone back in Paris amid row over their public displays of affection.
The final line includes the words, "Fly the ocean in a silver plane... Just remember till you're home again... You belong to me." This is said to be a parallel with Sarkozy's frequent overseas trips on the presidential jet.
Bruni, a former Italian supermodel, has said that her royalties will go to charity.
