The Prince of Wales chatted with the top models of South Africa about his preference for ‘classic’ fashion.

He was in the country as part of an eight-day tour of Commonwealth countries with his wife Camilla.

The Duchess of Cornwall visited Cape Town while Prince Charles met up with models at a reception and talked to them about the importance of using wool in clothes.

He himself wore a grey woollen suit over a pale blue striped shirt with a striped tie as he complimented the models on their woollen dresses.

‘I’m a classic, timeless man. My fashion sense only changes every 25 years,’ the Mirror quoted him saying.
