A 15-year-old boy has taken it upon himself to document the horrors unleashed by the Syrian and Russian forces on eastern Ghouta.

As the world hopelessly watches the bombardment on Syria's eastern Ghouta, a 15-year-old boy has taken it upon himself to document the horrors unleashed by the Syrian and Russian forces. 

Over the past week, Syrian and its allied forces have subjected in eastern Ghouta to one of the heaviest bombardments of the seven-year war, killing hundreds and maiming thousands. Over 400,000 people are living under siege and bombardment in the rebel-held enclave near Damascus.

 

Muhammad Najem, 15, who lives in a besieged suburb of Damascus has posted numerous selfie videos showing how airstrikes have killed his friends and torn his town apart.

He has posted pictures and videos of children and women who have been injured or killed in the bombings.
