Ukraine's Viktor Yanukovich will remain the winner of Sunday's presidential election and his lead over arch rival Yulia Tymoshenko will only increase, a Central Election Commission official told Reuters.                                            "Objectively, the leader of the election can no longer change. The difference can only increase," Mykhailo Okhendovskiy, a member of the commission, said on Monday.                                            He said the full picture of voting still had to come in from Yanukovich's strongholds in Crimea and the eastern city of Luhansk.                                            The latest official result, with 95% of the vote counted, showed Yanukovich leading Tymoshenko by 2 percentage points.
