US President Barack Obama is one of the first to address the UN General assembly which will be followed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin. All eyes will be on Obama and Putin to see how they address each other on the heels of Russia’s plans to bolster Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
