Delhiites wake up to a warmer morning

Delhiites woke up to a warmer morning today with the minimum temperature remaining above the 11 degree mark for the third successive day.
    
The minimum temperature was recorded at 11.7 degree Celsius while it was 11.2 degrees yesterday, three degrees above normal. The minimum on Friday was 11.7 degrees.
    
Cloud cover has been keeping the minimum temperature above the normal level in the last couple of days, Met department officials said.

Besides, a thin layer of fog also engulfed the city early in the morning.
    
The Met department forecast a partly cloudy sky tomorrow with a misty and foggy morning. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 11 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively.
    
The season's lowest of 7.9 degree Celsius was recorded on November 28, which was also the lowest for the month of November in the past three years.
