Woman, paramour, aunt booked for molesting 15-year-old girl

Parksite police on Saturday registered a case of molestation and criminal intimidation against the mother, aunt and mother's boyfriend of a 15-year-old girl. The matter came to light after the juvenile spilled the beans on plan of her mother to get her father booked in a false rape case.

According to officials from Parksite police station, the victim's mother and father had separated a few months ago. The mother of the victim, in an attempt to teach the victim's father a lesson, hatched a plan to book him in a false rape case along with her boyfriend Anil Pol and her sister.

As per the plan, the mother of the victim first lodged a missing person's complaint about the victim on January 14. The accused trio meanwhile tutored the victim and allegedly beat her up to register a false complaint against her father. "The three accused visited Ahmednagar, where the girl's father lived, and planted evidence. They later produced the girl before the police and was made to make false allegations against her father," said an officer from Parksite police station.

The Parksite police then handed over the investigation of the case to a woman police officer who questioned the victim and found discrepancies in her statement. "The lady officer took the victim into confidence and told her to speak the truth after which the victim spilled the beans about her ordeal," said the officer.
