Fruits, vegetables that are least healthy, nutritious

Green Peas: As a starchy vegetable, it is rich in calories and carbohydrates.

Orange: Citrus fruits like oranges are good for the body, but they must not be substituted for solid fruit. 

Coconut: It has excessive saturated fat that can raise cholesterol and calories in the body. 

Potatoes: Their nutrition is lost as we remove the skin that is high in fibre. 

Cherries: Cherries are sweet and can increase blood sugar.

Mango: Mango has enormous vitamins and minerals, but it has excessive sugar and hence should be avoided.

Grapes: Grapes contains 39 grams of sugar, which is unhealthy for body.
