1. Millionaires get away from their multi-million dollar apartments and hectic lifestyles to stay in a house with a garden and get some downtime. Why do they take on the work stress in the first place?
    
2. New jetties are required at both ends. The safety of officers working for one of these millionaires is at stake.
    
3. The jetty (if you can even call it one) in Mumbai is a ramp near the gateway of India. Surely holiday home owners in Alibaug can put pressure on the government to either create a new jetty or let a private builder construct one. Wonder when a helicopter service will start.
    
4. The price of land has increased multi-fold in the last decade making it impossible for most people to afford a house. This hasn’t stopped the masses from staying in budget hotels after taking an hour long boat ride.
    
5. The length and make of yachts and speed boats are the new status symbol benchmarks.
