New Tata Safari launched in India, check price, features

The price of the car starts at Rs 14.69 lakh. Tata will be offering the SUV in six variants and three colours. The six variants will be XE, XM, XT, XT+, XZ, and XZ+ while they will come in Royale Blue, Orcus White and Daytona Grey colour options.

The interiors will have a signature Signature Oyster White Interior colour scheme. Tata Safari will be offered in six-seater and seven-seater configurations, wherein the six-seater version will get captain seats in the middle row. Tata Safari is powered by a BS6-compliant 2.0-litre Kryotec turbo-charged diesel engine with four cylinders. This engine is capable of churning out 168 bhp at 3750 rpm with a peak torque of 350Nm at 1740-2500 rpm. The prices for the all-new Safari SUV comes with introductory prices ranging from Rs 14.69 lakh and Rs 21.45 lakh.
