Karan Johar dropped pictures from the world premiere of his upcoming actioner Kill starring Lakshya and Raghav Juyal from TIFF 2023 on his Instagram.
The world premiere of the upcoming actioner Kill, starring Lakshay and Raghav Juyal, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, and produced by Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, happened in the Midnight Madness section of Toronto International Film Festival 2023 on September 8, 2023.

Sharing the experience of the world premiere, Karan wrote in his post, "Tonight at midnight in Toronto was madness and special!!!! Crazy and manic audience responses was so heartening and exhilarating to experience!!! This non stop actioner on a moving train is a BLOODathon on steroids!!".

Karan, who has just delivered a massive hit with Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, is seen here with the film's hero Lakshya and villain Raghav. The leading lady Tanya Maniktala couldn't make it for the screening.
Talking about the cast, the producer wrote, " A genre film that introduces Lakshya as a die hard commando! And Raghav Juyal as the No holds barred antagonist !!! We missed you Tanya Maniktala at TIFF!".

Lakshya was initially supposed to make his acting debut with Karan Johar-produced Dostana 2, which also starred Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan. The romcom sequel has been indefiniely postponed for now. KlLL will be his acting debut.

Popular television host and dancer, Raghav Juyal has acted in multiple films such as Sonali Cable and ABCD 2. He was last seen in Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan earlier this year. It will be interesting to see Raghav in a never seen before avatar in KILL.

Dharma Productions is known for playing safe with romantic dramas and comedies, but Karan has often said that he would be more than happy to make movies from different genres his company hasn't explored yet.

KILL director Nikhil Bhat has previously helmed films and shows such as Brij Mohan Amar Rahe, The Gone Game, and Rasbhari. "Nikhil Bhat, so much to say about him but only after you see the film", Karan shared that he would talk more about Nikhil after KILL's theatrical release.
