Salman Khan's personal bodyguard Shera's salary is more than annual income of many CEOs

Shera told YouTube channel ViralBollywood in Hindi last year, about his first meeting with Salman Khan. He said, "We first met when I was handling security for Whigfield's show. She's a Hollywood singer, she'd come down. I met Salman again when Keanu Reeves, the Hollywood hero, had come to India. Speed had released and Matrix was about to release. I did my first show with Salman in Chandigarh, and we've been together ever since." 

As per reports, Shera earns approximately Rs 15 lakhs per month (almost 2 crores annually) for working as Salman Khan's personal bodyguard. Well presumably, it's more than the CTC of many CEOs in the country!

Shera is Salman Khan's personal bodyguard. But that's not his only job. He owns a security agency, Tiger Security, which caters to national and international clients. Shera enjoys a massive social media fan following -- over 400 thousand followers on Instagram and is often seen going live on news channels and getting clicked with celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nora Fatehi among others. 

Salman Khan holds a very special place in Shera's life. In an interview with Indian Express, Shera had said, "Maalik means master and Salman Maalik is everything to me. I will lay down my life for him. He is my god." In another interview, he had said, "Jab tak zinda hoon, bhai ke saath rahunga (As long as am alive, I will be with Bhai). I always tell people that they will never see me standing behind or next to bhai. I will be standing in front of him, looking out for any threat." That certainly says a lot about how Shera feels for the superstar. 

Not it's not just Shera. Salman Khan too shares a deep bond with his bodyguard. Shera is family to Salman and you will often see Salman cherishing his bond with Shera by way of clicking pictures with him, celebrating Eid with him etc. 

"Who else has ever done such a thing for his bodyguard in the industry?" Shera had said, in an interview with Indian Express in 2016. 

He had added, "I am like a horse decked up at a wedding to carry the groom. I am only concerned about my Maalik (Salman) and wherever he goes, I am there. I am his Yes Man. To date, whatever Maalik has asked, I’ve done. That is why I am a part of Maalik’s family." 

In the interview with ViralBollywood, Shera revealed that Salman Khan was looking to 'launch' his son, Tiger. He added that an announcement will be made once the COVID situation relaxes. Talking about it, Salman had told Bombay Times in an interview, "Shera’s son Tiger is being groomed right now and he’s already being considered by so many producers and directors. Shera feels I will be the best judge of a script for his son, so I am now sifting through scripts. I am yet to find something worthy." Tiger has worked as an assistant director on Salman's 2016 film 'Sultan'.
