'Seen people standing in cold for Shah Rukh Khan even outside his London penthouse', reveals trainer Prashant Sawant

Talking about his journey with Shah Rukh Khan, Prashant Sawant said, "I am with him since I was 17. I learnt so much from SRK's body that don't need other bodies to understand. He has been through so many injuries. He showers a lot of love and encouragement, which is important for anybody to keep going."

After 'O O Jaane Jaana' released, Salman Khan's body became the talk of the town and soon Sanjay Dutt's followed. During that time, Shah Rukh Khan had hired Prashant Sawant, who was almost a kid. "At that time, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt working out was common but SRK working out was important for my career also," said Prashant.

Talking about his first outdoor shoot, Sawant said, "I travelled with SRK for One Two Ka Four and it was my first outdoor shoot. I saw the craze of SRK in Malaysia when he worked in Ashoka 20 years back."

Prashant went on to talk about coronavirus lockdown and said that since he cannot visit Shah Rukh Khan in person, he discussed the workouts with the actor who is doing them in his bungalow Mannat in Mumbai. "Shah Rukh sir and me had already planned what workouts he would do and he's doing that. I cannot go to his house due to the lockdown and he said that my health is important so we would discuss whatever workouts and he would do them at Mannat," he said.

During the live chat, there was various mentions of actor Varun Dhawan too. Prashant also trains Varun, and thus, he revealed that both SRK and Varun worked out together during 'Dilwale' shooting. "They worked out together during Dilwale at 4 am and 11 pm," revealed Prashant.

Prashant Sawant went on to reveal that while people stand for hours and days together outside Mannat, he saw the same craze in London too. "I've seen people standing for SRK in cold for 45 days even in London," he said.
