Happy Birthday Abhishek Bachchan: Amitabh Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda wish actor by getting nostalgic

Social media pages are flooded with birthday wishes for the actor Abhishek Bachchan. The handsome actor has turned 44 today and rang in his birthday with his family including parents Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. Aishwarya had earlier shared photos from birthday celebrations which took place during midnight hours at their home. Now, Big B and Abhishek's sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda posted throwback photos to wish him.

Bachchan took to his blog and penned a note for Abhishek with anecdote and his childhood photo with grandfather Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The legendary actor wrote, "It has dawned towards the 5th .. the birth of Abhishek, later at night, the Breach Candy Hospital and the entire day has gone by in anxious anticipation for his arrival. Finally, it happens and there are joy and celebration. (Photo) in the blessings of the Dada ji."

He further added, "And as the wishes pour in I take this platform to fill your hearts with gratitude and love for your blessings to him from me. No matter how the years pass the child remains a child ever. 44 years be his age today, but the little two-finger sucking on his face ridden with childlike innocence never ever leaves you and may it never."

While Shweta shared a throwback photo with Abhishek in which he is seen screaming while riding a bicycle. She captioned it stating, "Forever and a day with you, on a bicycle built for two"
