Here's what Harleen Sethi has to say about being labelled as Vicky Kaushal's ex-girlfriend. The actress is currently being seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series Bad Cop.
Before tying his knot with Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal was in a relationship with actress Harleen Sethi. The Sardar Udham actor had accounced their relationship in 2019 and it was in the same year, when the reports came that the two of them had parted ways. Harleen, who has impressed the audiences with her sincere performances in web series like Kohrra and Sultan of Delhi, is sometimes still labelled as Vicky's ex-girlfriend. In a recent interview, the actress addresses the same.
Speaking to Filmygyan, when Harleen was asked how does she feels when she is still called Vicky's ex, she reacted strongly and said, "I have a problem in general with identifying myself with anything. Even in my Instagram bio, I have written 'I am,' there is nothing more. I don't even recognise myself only as an actor. I am all of it; I am an actor, I am a sister, I am a friend, I am a confident woman, I am a fearless woman or I am a scared woman. It's 'I am', that's what I need."
Talking about her past relationship with Vicky, she added, "I think you are a product of all the experiences you’ve had in your life. So it is very important to be grateful to everything and everybody who has come into your life and given you some experience and some lessons. I am grateful for it all. But, there is no point holding on to something. Everybody has their own journey and that ship has sailed. So let it sail, let it sail beautifully, and you surf. You have your own journey."
Harleen Sethi is currently being seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series Bad Cop. The crime drama also stars Anurag Kashyap, Gulshan Devaiah, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Aishwarya Sushmita in the leading roles. Six episodes have been released yet and the last two set to be out on July 25 and August 1.
