Janhvi Kapoor has several films in her kitty and added one more to her line-up of movies. Yes, the actor announced her forthcoming project titled Good Luck Jerry and the film has already gone on floors on Monday. Filmmaker Aanand L Rai who is producing the movie formally announced it on his Twitter page. In the first look of Good Luck Jerry, Janhvi is seen wearing a blue bandini and striped printed Patiala suit with an orange dupatta.
Aanand shared the first look and wrote, "Colour Yellow welcomes 2021 with #GoodLuckJerry starring #JanhviKapoor! The shooting of our new film has begun today! Directed by: #SiddharthSengupta Written by: #PankajMatta @LycaProductions @sundialent #DeepakDobriyal @sushant_says #MitaVashisht #Neerajsood @sonamsharmaa_"

Good Luck Jerry is directed by Siddharth Sengupta and written by Pankaj Matta. Not much has been disclosed about the film by the makers.
Meanwhile, talking about Janhvi, she had two releases in 2020 namely Ghost Stories and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. Both streamed on Netflix.
The actor will next be seen in Dostana 2 alongside Kartik Aaryan and Laksh Lalwani. The film is directed by Collin D'Cunha and produced by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions.
Janhvi also has horror-comedy titled Roohi Afzana with Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma. The film is directed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner Maddock Films.
Both the films were eyeing for a release on the big screen in 2020, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, it has been postponed indefinitely.
