Hrithik Roshan's cousin Pashmina Roshan recently made her grand Bollywood debut in the romantic drama Ishq Vishq Rebound. The actress impressed everyone with her performance. Now, in an interview, the actress opened up on facing trolls who target her family.

In an interview with Galatta India, Pashmina Roshan opened up on whether the trolls take a toll on her and shared that she has classified them into various categories, the ones who support her, the ones who are "neutral" and offer "constructive criticism", the ones who are funny, and the ones who are "mean". She recalled a comment on her looks and revealed, "once a person commented, 'look at her eyebrows, we can make a whole pashmina shawl with it.'"

She further recalled crying over mean comments and said, "I have cried over them. I have gone through those processes. I got out of it quickly; it is just a thought that has always stayed with me. It is like whenever someone sees something good in a person or anything, it is a reflection of what you see in yourself."

She further added, "If I see something about you that I despise, is there also something that is in me that I despise? So if I believe in that notion, it is very easy for someone to hate a person for no reason. It feels like you are probably going through something, and I can acknowledge how you speak to me. It has everything to do with you, and I have the power to not let you come into my space and affect me."

The actress further said that trolls targeting her family do affect her a lot and said, "Sometimes people say something that you might be insecure about. So it takes a lot of strength to get over it, and one should keep working on themselves. It affects me when someone talks about my family."

Helmed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani, Ishq Vishk Rebound also starred Rohit Saraf, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grewal in key roles apart from Pashmina Roshan and was released in theatres on June 21, 2024. The film opened to mixed reviews and this also impacted its box office run.
