Who is Nawaz Modi Singhania?

Nawaz is the middle child and a Mumbai native with a background in law. Her father was a lawyer, and both of his brothers also chose this career.  Nawaz also has a legal degree. She attended the Hughes Road New Activity School and finished her education at the Cathedral and John Cannon Schools in Mumbai.

She attended St. Xavier's College in Mumbai to earn a Bachelor of Arts after completing her education. Nawaz finished her education after earning a legal degree from Government legal College and KC Law College, all of which are located in Mumbai. Nawaz had a keen interest in sports at an early age and, by the time she was in college, was heavily into fitness.

Nawaz started teaching after acquiring an official degree from them in order to gather experience before returning to India to start her own business, the Body Art Fitness facilities, in Mumbai. While her flat was being renovated on another level of the same building, Nawaz, who was 21 at the time, followed her business goal in the corridor of the family house.

She initially opened it as an aerobics studio before expanding it. She taught classes in groups, and as they quickly gained popularity, she was able to build up a fully functional facility with machines for workouts. Nawaz founded a gym, and subsequently she was the first person to use equipment to create a Pilates and Gyrotonics class in India.

Nawaz claims that she afterwards established an individual coaching building, an aerial arts studio, and other things. The business rapidly grew to a second facility, then a third, and finally a fourth. The largest manufacturer of suiting fabric in the world, the Raymond Group, is led by Gautam Singhania as chairman and managing director.

Singhania, who has a net worth of over Rs 11,000 crore, is growing the company in other industries as well. He is renowned for leading a lavish lifestyle and having a fervent love of fast boats, aircraft, and vehicles.

According to sources, Singhania is also constructing a home that would stand 10 stories higher than Mukesh Ambani's Antilia, which cost Rs 15,000 crore. They currently live at JK House, the second-most expensive house in India, which costs Rs 6000 crore.
