Former India skipper Kapil Dev turned 61 on Monday (January 6) as wishes poured in from all over the world to wish him on his special day.
During his playing days, Kapil successfully led Team India to their first Cricket World Cup back in 1983 and was easily one of the most inspirational players of his generation.
Dev earned 225 ODI caps for the 'Men In Blue' and played 131 Tests. The legendary allrounder smashed 5248 runs and knocked 434 wickets in red-ball cricket.
