Happy Birthday Dinesh Karthik: Wishes pour in as KKR captain turns 33

India's wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik as he turned 33 on Friday. Warm birthday wishes poured in for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain.

Karthik's wife and ace Indian squash player Dipika Pallikal wished him and shared a beautiful picture of her husband on Instagram.

International Cricket Council (ICC) too expressed their best wishes, "Happy 33rd birthday to Indian keeper-batsman @DineshKarthik! What has been his finest performance on the international stage for India?"

Karthik was appointed Kolkakat Knight Riders captain for this season of Indian Premier League. He led the team to IPL 2018 playoffs.

Karthik has played 122 international matches (23 Test, 70 ODI and 20 T20I) for India and scored 2765 runs so far. Karthik recently revived his career with a match-winning knock in the Nidahas Trophy win in Sri Lanka.
