Additional Police Commissioner of Kanpur, Akash Kulhari is a nightmare for criminals. He was expelled from school after getting low marks, but he did not give up. With hard work and determination, he cleared the UPSC exam.

According to the report of India News, Akash Kulhari said that he was very weak in his studies during his childhood. So many times, his parents had to face problems because of his poor performance. After getting low marks in 10th, Akash Kulhari's father got him admitted to Kendriya Vidyalaya Bikaner after a lot of hard work. After this Akash also worked hard and secured 85 per cent marks in 12th. After this, he did B.Com from Duggal College Bikaner in 2001 and M.Com from School of Social Science from JNU, Delhi.

Akash Kulhari had told in the interview, “After graduation, I had two career options in front of me. The first was that I should do an MBA and do a job in the corporate sector and the second option was to prepare for civil services. My mother wanted my children to serve the country by becoming officers, so respecting the mother's wish, I decided to take the civil services examination.
