BSF Recruitment 2021: Apply for 269 GD Constable posts in Border Security Force –Check eligibility, and other details

Border Security Force (BSF) has released a recruitment notification for 269 Constable posts (General Duty) Sports Quota. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of BSF rectt.bsf.gov.in. The application process will begin on August 9, 2021. The last date to apply for the recruitment is September 22.

“Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizen (Male & Female) for filling up 269 vacancies for the Non- Gazetted & Non-Ministerial post of Constable(General Duty) in Group “C” on temporary basis likely to be made permanent in Border Security Force against Sports quota,” the official notification reads.

No. Of Vacancy: 269       

Pay Scale: 21700 – 69100/- (Level-3) and other allowances admissible to Central Government employees from time to time under the rule.

BSF Constable Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have done 10th pass or Matriculation from recognized Board/University.

Age Limit: 18 to 23 years

BSF Constable Recruitment 2021 Sports qualifications: The sportspersons who have participated or won a medal(s) in any International Sports events OR National Games or Championship.

BSF Constable Recruitment 2021 Physical Standard:

Height: Male =170 Cms and Female = 157 Cms

Chest (For male only): 80 Cms(unexpended). Min expansion – 05 Cms

Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards for male and female candidates.
