CAT 2024 notification expected soon, know how to apply for IIM CAT

The Indian Institute of Management is probably going to announce the CAT 2024 notification soon. Candidates can view the official notice about the Common Admission Test on the IIM CAT website whenever it is released.

As per past trends, the notification for CAT 2024 is expected to be sent out in July, and registration will start in August of the same year. The admit card will be made available following the registration deadline in September. The test will take place in November, and the findings will probably be released in January 2025.

To be eligible to apply for the exam, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% of the possible points or an equivalent CGPA (45% for students from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories). However, once the official CAT 2024 booklet is released, all eligibility details can be verified.

CAT 2024: How to apply

• Visit the official website of IIM CAT.
• Click on the CAT 2024 registration link 
• Enter the registration details and click on submit.
• Once done, login to the account.
• Fill the application form and make the payment of the application fee.
• Click on submit and download the page.
• Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

The registration fee is Rs 1200/- for SC, ST and PwD category candidates and Rs 2400/- for all other category candidates. The payment of the application fee should be done through online mode only. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
