    Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey may be committed to long-time partner Camila Alves with whom he has two children, but that doesn’t stop him from praising Indian beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

    “Aishwarya is the most beautiful woman that I have ever seen,” he says of the Bollywood star. “She has been doing good work over here in the US. Though, I haven’t watched any of her English movies, I have seen the rushes of Devdas, and she looks ethereal,” adds McConaughey.

    But Bachchan isn’t the only Indian actress who the star is all praises for. The Hollywood hunk who is best known for his romcoms The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, amongst others feels that  actors Anil Kapoor and Irrfan Khan are good too.

    “Anil was brilliant in Slumdog Millionaire and in 24. As for Irrfan, well he blows the audience over, with every role that he does, and he is doing some good work too.”

    He also gives a thumbs up to other Indian actors making their foray in Hollywood. “It certainly bodes well for the entertainment industry worldwide,” he says. “India is a lovely country, and I would love to come down for sure,” he adds.

    At present however, McConaughey busy with his upcoming Brad Furman thriller The Lincoln Lawyer, where he plays a slick LA defense attorney. “It’s an interesting role and Haller’s not a white knight hero,” he says. The film also sees him teaming with actor Marisa Tomei who plays a prostitute, but Matthew insists that it’s not a ‘huge love story’. “It is more truthful, more realistic though.”

    As for preparing for the role, Matthew reveals that he did take a couple of months off for it. “I took a road trip, brought out old things that I had from college when I was headed towards law school. I went and hung out with federal judges and sat in some courtrooms too,” he smiles.
